PURCHASES

1. All books, CDs, DVDs, posters, images and downloadable items purchased through this website are non-refundable. If you have purchased an item that is damaged, please forward your order confirmation to dominique@zerouniversal.com and we will replace this item free of charge.

2. If you have entered an order in error, please notify us immediately. If notifications are not received within 24 hours of purchase, we may not refund your order but will issue a credit towards a future purchase.

3. Delivery charges vary according to the type of goods ordered and cannot be refunded after the order has been shipped.

LIVE ONLINE WEBINARS

1. All live online webinars are intended for individual use or for additional family members of the same household only.

2. All live online webinars are recorded. An mp3 file will be added to your account within 24 hours after the event.

3. If you cancel a live online webinar at least 48 hours prior to the event, it will be credited toward a future purchase. After that time, if you cannot attend live, the recording will be available in your customer account.

LIVE EVENTS & RETREATS

1. Deposits are non-refundable.

2. All payments must be received in full 90 days prior to the event to secure your place.

3. Cancellation prior to 90 days before the event: 100% refund (except deposit).

4. Cancellation prior to 60 days before the event: 50% refund (except deposit).

5. Cancellation prior to 30 days before the event: 25 % refund (except deposit)

6. No refund within 30 days of the event.

DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER

We make every effort to ensure that this website and its content are free from viruses or defects.
